These terms govern your use of DakshScan ("the app"), developed and operated by Daksh Digital Solutions ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
DakshScan lets you capture, crop, and export document scans (PDF/JPEG/PNG) directly on your device — from the camera, your photo gallery, or (Premium) an existing PDF — and optionally share, email, zip, or password-protect the result. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is handled and how.
You are solely responsible for the content you scan, save, and share using this app, and for complying with any laws that apply to that content (for example, handling of financial, identity, or other sensitive documents). We do not review, store, or have access to your scanned documents.
The app is provided "as is." We may release updates that change, add, or remove features, and — for versions with a critical issue — may require you to update before continuing to use the app (see the in-app "Update required" screen). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We are not responsible for documents lost due to device failure, accidental deletion, or misuse of the sharing/export features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or documents.
If these terms change, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
